Returns, Refunds, & Cancellation Policy

Shipping

All orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. 

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. THRIVE By Dr. JAK is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by THRIVE By Dr. JAK . We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of THRIVE, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

  • Refunds will be credited in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.


Replacements for Damages:

  • While we ensure the highest quality when packing each order, there might be very rare circumstances of damage when shipping. 
  • In these cases of genuine damages or quality/manufacturing defect, contact doctorjakthrive@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box and invoice slip inside the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.
  • If approved replacement of the items will happen within 7-8 business days.
  • Conditions eligible for replacements are:
    – Water damage to the packaging
    – Tampered or opened seal of the jar/pouch
    – Broken jar or torn pouch


Replacements for Order Mismatch/ Missing Items:

  • We double check all our orders before packing and shipping them to you. 
  • However, if you happen to receive your order with the wrong or missing items, contact doctorjakthrive@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box and the invoice slip inside the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.
  • If approved replacement of the items will happen within 7-8 business days.


Returns:

  • No return requests will be accepted on items that have been delivered without any damages or defects because of our food safety and sanitary protocol.
